Jet Lag

Jet lag is a temporary sleep problem that affects those who travel quickly across multiple time zones.  It is very common for business travelers or for people who are always on the go within a couple of days. 

The body’s internal clock gets disrupted when it is synced to the original time zone instead of the new time zone of the destination.  This causes the body to lose its rhythm and to stay awake when the body should be sleeping.
