Streatham Pharmacy handles electronic prescriptions. After nominating Streatham Pharmacy as your chosen pharmacy, your doctor/GP can send your prescriptions directly to us. No need to revisit or take your paper prescriptions to your doctor or pharmacy. We’ll have it ready on time for collection.
How Does It Work?
*Electronic Prescriptions are available at Streatham Pharmacy through participating GP practices. If you are not local to Streatham, your GP may advise you to choose an alternative community pharmacy for your prescriptions.
Step 1
Let your GP know that you would like your prescriptions sent electronically to Streatham Pharmacy, or, alternatively, use the form below.
Step 2
Your GP will review and send your approved prescription directly to Streatham Pharmacy for dispensing, and we’ll have it ready for collection.
Step 3
You can collect your prescription within 2 hours of being sent to us. Visit us at your convenience to collect your prescription. It’s as simple as that.
